The intricacies of the exact location of pool with plant room and pipe routing is clear in the AUTOCAD drawing. Th drawing is sacrosanct as the most integrated point of reference to know exact levels and enable execution. Hence, once the drawing is prepared and GFC released the plant detailing is rolled out.

Once the above steps are undertaken and water is filled to be commissioned , a 7 day test to check leakages or any such issues and mitigate them within the specified time is done, before a final handover
The 7- day tests having been completed; the pool is handed over to the client with a suggestion for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract). Post handover a warranty of 1 year is provided to the client and then a comprehensive or a non comprehensive package is finalised for the following 5 years.
