The dynamic leadership of Mr. Ankit Kolwankar is evident from his attitude of aptitude towards life.His academic journey begins with his formative schooling done from St.Joseph’s High School-Matunga, followed by a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the reputed R.A Podar College of Commerce and Economics. The business acumen honed further with Masters in Business Administration from MET Institute of Management and LLB from Government Law College.
He has acquired hands on technical proficiency to manage the Pools and Spa business having complete a decade into it. With over 200 projects behind him, he is a Project Management specialist.
He is the driving force behind WPS that makes the company a force to reckon within the Pool and Spa industry. Skill. Commitment and ethical practices are his mantras.
Armed with educational qualifications to make inroads into the financial business he had an illustrious beginning managing complete operations for Stockwatch Securities Pvt ltd. He is credited with the launch of a Business Talk Show called the “THE CONNECT” which
showcased the transformation of companies from inception till present and their future plans to it investors.
Today at WPS, with him at the helm of affairs one can be assured of growth beyond boundaries

With a rich experience of 35+ years in the pool industry today Mr. Girish Kolwankar has set the base as a leading pool designer .His knowledge and expertise has not only helped WPS grow but has transformed from a small scale business to leading name in the pool industry.
A BCom degree from the reputed R.A Podar College of Commerce & Economics his foray into the Pool’s business at a very young age has paid rich dividends.
Well respected and revered with rewards and recognition he has been instrumental to create WPS and its 100 + team of professionals since the past 15 years. A gallery of projects in the Real Estate domain viz. multiple farm house projects, resorts and the likes add to his achievements. A multi tasker, he also runs the distributorship of 30 brand beedies for the past 40 years under the brandship -PITW

A qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Her other qualifications being B.Com. from R.A. Podar College of Commerce & Economics, Masters in Commerce from University of Mumbai and LLB from Government Law College.
Pooja has nine years of post- qualification experience across various sectors that she brings to the top management. Her functional skillset includes expertise in the field of Finance & Accounts, Taxation, Auditing, and internal controls. Prior to WPS, she has been working with companies like Essar Group, Star India
